College Football Guru app good for
After using the College Football Guru for a while, I was impressed tha every time i wanted to do something like check different lines, change the juice, etc., it was there and easy to do. The app is complete and intuitive. Im looking forward to a fun college football betting season.
If youre looking for good information on who to place your money on I would go elsewhere. But for entertainment purposes this app is great. I use to bet for money; now I just use this app to do it to see how I compete with others using this app. Its well worth the money for the entertainment.
This is a fun app for fantasy college football betting. Good comprehensive set of features. My only beef is that some of the fonts are kind of small and tough to read. Totally worth $3 even if you just want to use it to check the spreads for your fav teams.

It definitely looks like this app was developed with the "sharp" players in mind - the functionality of choosing the best line is a cool mobile "heads up" for guys that want to put real money on games. Great idea showing the weekly trend charts that are displayed for every game.
Ive been happy with the app. It provides a lot of information and is a great tool for someone who does a lot if betting on football.
Some bad moments
The app developer (guru) doesnt enforce the rules. He illegally accesses accounts, drains them, manipulates rankings, charges money for entry into bonus leagues then doesnt allow you to wager. This is fraud plain and simple.
Guys in the bonus leagues dont have the required wagers yet get paid for not wagering.
What a joke.

Bought to get the gurus take on some of the tougher match ups this year, but he never has an opinion. Its always 50/50. Even with obvious blowout match ups, the guru is still 50/50. Immediately deleted. You, cons, got my money.
Bought app this morning and havent been able to use it yet because when I go to register it says it cant connect to the server. Anyone else have this issue?
This app fails to allow me to sign on. I am not able to check final outcomes until midweek. Now the lines arent posting in time before kick off!!!
I cant even get it to load. I want my money back and you should save yours.
I bought this app because it was a way to bet against others with the person with the most money won being the winner. That has been changed in mid-season and now its no longer a contest. Its about who buys money in leagues. The rules even state a person doesnt have to bet to win for those who buy money. There are no downsides to betting in the pay leagues. People who buy money win. Those who gamble outside of the special leagues get screwed. Its hard to imagine how anyone could consider this fair.
So if you get this app dont even bother to bet in a pool of regular gamblers. All you have to do is pay extra to be in a league and be given money, $1500 or $3000. This money is applied to a persons standings. The current leader has only made 4 bets in 2 months but is ranked #1 because they bought money. It had nothing about gambling so if you want an app to see how well you can do against others forget this app. Like I said, all you have to do is buy money to win.
Ive had this app for 2 years and in each year rules were changed in mid season. The app maker deliberately changed the rules to limit the way I bet so that rule was targeted at me. This year the rules changed so whoever spends the most money buying $1500 or $3000 is ranked #1 even if they never place one bet with the general population of gamblers. To make things even sneakier there are NO records of any activity outside the general populations users. The current leader has $20,000+ but his record shows bets that only won $6000. I earned $17,193 so I should be #1 and $11,193 more than the leader. Its obvious that no consideration was given to fairness.
This app has several positive features but letting users buy money to get higher rankings flies in the face if common sense and will certainly drive away users. No person who wins by merely buying money instead of earning it is no leader.
This app is a case of bait and switch since when I purchased it people were ranked by how much they won. But now its only about who buys the most money. Skill, research and the risk people take to try to win are no longer a real factor since the person who buys the most money wins. And like I said, there is NO RECORD of their purchases of money. That obviously gives others who play fairly the impression that the game is rigged. Many people have complained but their complaints were met by silence. As more and more users realize this app is not about gambling, but a rather just an app where people can buy money instead of gambling will certainly lead to users fleeing this app.
This is no longer a gambling app. It is now just an app that gives people who buy money the highest rankings over users who actually gamble and take risks. This app is like an auction for 1st place. Whoever buys enough money wins even if they dont place a bet. Fairness has nothing to do with this app since the current leader won only a paltry $6000 but bought $14000+ to win. Ridiculous.
Now the app is being manipulated to let SOME players change bets AFTER their initial bet. So if they first pick a losing team they are obviously changing their bets (or changed for them) so they can switch to the winning team. I have screenshots to prove my point.
